I app**** for a contract on cyber Monday and I got an email saying someone will be in contact within 48 hours. I am still waiting for someone to call me. Whenever I call I’m told I just need to wait till someone calls me. Cyber Monday was on the 24/11/2017 and I’m still waiting. I spoke to a Team Leader named Nkosinathi Mhlongo who assured me he would ask the manager to call me, I am still waiting. Seems as if Telkom does not care and they do not want any business. I have 2 contracts with Telkom and have had numerous ones before and I have never defaulted on my payments not even once and I’ve been a longtime customer. This seems like it was false advertising and I will find out what the necessary steps are after this but I will not let this go until Telkom gets back to me.
