No Feed Back

Good Day<br> <br> I did application Monday by Telkom Mobile online for a second line as am already a Telkom customer ADSL<br> I did received after a mail I will get feed back <br> It already Thursday and no feedback a did sent 2 emails regard to my application and still no feed back <br> So why do Telkom mobile have a website where u can do application online for a contract if they don't replay <br> This is very bad service as Telkom is one of the leader networks in SA<br>
