No Fault resolving

Have been trying to get my line restored from the 21 January. Every time I report a fault, I receive a sms for a a few days and then the last sms says that the fault has been resolved. Without anyone ever fixing anything. Have logged it again.... Have paid 2 months bill with out having any service????
