No Explora
Order Number: ***A Date: 12 June 2015.<br> I ordered a Do Premium Bundle. The bundle was on promotion and one were to receive a free Explora. When ordering, I enquired about the promotion and was assured that the Explora and modem would be delivered to my house. I even had the consultant make a note on the Consumer Application Form and the computer system. It is now two months later. No Explora, no modem. Please advise.
