No Etiquette nor Respect

So Telkom has this amazing deal which is a contract for 11gb mobile data for 24months at R139. Super excited, I pay a visit to their website to apply and am told that an agent will be in contact with me in the next 48hrs. I'm so excited!!! Eventually an agent calls me 4 days later and I wish she hadn't!!! She tells me that all calls are recorded - I'm cool with this. She carries on with her disclaimer rhymes and confirms what she needs to confirm - half screaming at me to repeat myself 50 times BECAUSE SHE CAN'T HEAR ME!!! Eventually I politely ask her to please put her music softer because I cannot hear myself over our phone call. Her response: HUH??? I ask her again to please put your music off because we both can't hear each other. Her response: Hai soega!!! MXM!!! And she throws the phone down!

Why is there blaring music in a call centre in the first place?!?!
