I am ****en fed up of this call centre staff They are rude and impatient

Telkom debited my account in the 30th of June The debit order according to them bounced EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT AND MY STATEMENT SHOWS A SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT and now I am liable to pay for June and July AND TO TOP IT OFF I DEAL WITH VARK RUDE CONSULTANTS WTP I knew coming to this *** network was the worst mistake of my life Dealing with *********** people that have no self respect
