No empathy and remorse no one cares

I’m so disappointed and disgusted in telkoms service.

I took and additional line and did an early upgrade on the 30th of July. The lady explained to me about the contact that will be an open line and I must go cap it. Which I did.

Due to me doing and early update I had to pay and upgrade fee to finish my old contact which I said was fine and I saw there was a limit of 5000 for my debit order so I advised if it’s ok to make the payment cash before my debit date as the money was over 5k and wouldn’t go out my account. She said that would be fine.

I went to the store to make a 2k payment on the 18th just so that if the debit comes out there will be enough

From the 18th my services have been cut and when I went into the store they advised they not sure why when the amount is reflecting the line should be active I’ve waited 2 days and the line still not active.

I called the call centre and I spoke to a locket agent I’m not sure what her name was but she said with me till her manager was able to take the call 40mins waiting.

I explained the situation and the manager advised me that I’ve reached my credit limit which I had no idea what he was talking about as no1 explained this to me. I just feel like crying it seems no1 wants to help and they can do nothing

I asked if he can put the service back on as I’m a woman and travel into work and anything can happen how will I can’t act my husband if anything happens but no1 cares.

He advised he can’t I must pay another 1500 something So I said that will have to wait till the debit date don’t have money now.

I asked him since my service is off from the 18th will they pay for the days I never used he said no we won’t be able to do now I am so angry it’s not my fault that my line has been cut I was never told about my credit limit that can’t go over 2500

I want my days for my line being off and my husbands line being off to be credited to my account for next month

I would have never made a payment if I knew my service would be off
