No Empathy

Fault logged on 11/12/2015 -102AWK111215, line not working. Turns out the cable have been once again ******, and up until now, has not been repaired. Strange that I received a call from my Data Supplier to advise me that Telkom will not be replacing the cabling. Thanks Telkom for taking the time to inform the community of Matroosfontein of your decision. Amazing that because of a bad element in the community the whole community will suffer. Strange that the cabling is not secured that theft can be minimised. The folk of Matroosfontein is obviously entitle to have the new improved services, Data lines and access to telephone line. N1 City folk recommended my mother buy her a cheap cell, very interesting advise, Canal Walk staff member Maggie Reneke tells me to query my moms account with the Call Centre, and not do it in store. Interesting advice as the telephone lines don't work, and calling from a cell phone is obviously chargeable. I wonder if this had to be any affluent area, would the easy option of not replacing the cables been taken, or would a more secured way have been found to secure their cables.
