NO EMAIL SERVICE 5TH DAY TELKOM

I have telkom as my internet fibre provider and my email server. I have had NO email received or am able to send since saturday16th oct and couldn"t phone them on sunday as they don't operate so phoned first thing monday. Was told its a technical problem they are aware of and the technical dept would get hold of me. Its wednesday-5th day with no email and not a word from TELKOM!!! what can Ido? I run a business from home.
