No effort made to attend to technical problems

I'm terribly dissatisfied with Telkom and their services. Our telephone/internet line has been problematic for the past 3 years. I've contacted Telkom periodically and one technician only saw the line once. Over the past 4 months, the problem has become quite severe. I've logged faults with Telkom, attempted to get hold of Telkom's call centre numerous times and never get through! In over the past 4 months, no attempt has been made to rectify this problem and it is seriously frustrating.
