No effort in customer service

Not even worth 1 star. 2 weeks ago we did upgrade at mountain mill mall worcester for data line but we havent received our laptop as of yet. They say they will call as but whem we called mall centre management they informed us that telkom lines are faulty and not working as of yet. We have to keep going there to find out about the laptop and where it is no one does any effort to call and find out where it is. No one calls. They do absolutely no effect in customer care. We have to drive after then just to find out that no sir not yet tomorrow maybe after we where told a week sunday is 2 weeks and no one does effort
