no effen service

I ordered a smart office package for business from telkom, it was installed after a long period of waiting,eventually installed I tried to get the account fully activated on from the call center,<br> each person passed me between sales and technical , <br> <br> All of them had no idea of what they are doing, they are not trained to their system,<br> all the people I spoke to were not helpful, they just passed the buck and this irritated me. I made more than 15 calls to activate a simple account.<br> <br> P.s. the waiting time on the call center is the worst ever.
