No due diligence, no accountability

My sister has been a victim of identity ***** that has wracked and put our family under immerse financial strain. She had a cell phone contract with Telkom which came to and end but someone **********ly renewed it and took 2 Apple iPhones which resulted in a debited of some 4k amount early this year. They didn't bother checking the ID copy they have on record against the one that was presented by this by this *****.

Upon realising, my sister reported and was promised a refund together with a written confirmation that the credit was **********ly obtained. Post the investigation no refund, no accountability. They keep making excuses.

It disgusts me to think they contributed to this *****. Why didn't they compare ID documents knowing very well that there's ID theft going on in the society.

We want that refund and the written confirmation that the debt is not her's
