No DSTV Explora etc
4 weeks ago made phone agreement do the 10gb home special with dstv explora, router,ms365 etc. After 2 weeks contacted by sms that Telkom was installing on 7March but only activated upgrade to 10gb and account charged by R899. Was told no Explora etc was ordered or was going to be delivered as there was a problem. Have complained, written email but no response. Is this a *******?
