No DSL service since January 2016 on REf nr 268CRK020316

In January a problem was logged with Telkom for DSL line not working. Voice line okay. Ref nr 268CRK020316 quoted for this DSL line in Kempton Park. The modem was replaced to eliminate that as the source of the problem. Telephonic troubleshooting did not result in a solution and it was promised that a technician will be sent out. Promised technician has not been sent out and problem not resolved from January 2016 until now 6 May2016 - despite phoning Telkom repeatedly about this issue
