No device in stock

I order a laptop from Telkom and it's taking too long to get it (almost a month). they told me that it wouldn't take long and now i'm suffering because i let go of the laptop i had because i was confident that i would get it the following week. now they keep on talking about their warehouses and all. so the product is advertised but they do not have it. i would have understood if the turnover was 2 weeks but a month???
