NO DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT!!???

Telkom doesn't even deserve this one star!!! I have been trying to get information on my cellphone contract with them since 2020. I need information on the balance of the account in order to settle. I have been to telkom branches and I have called in, no one can give me any information on this account yet it's appearing on ITC negatively. Calling the call Centre number provided to me has been futile. I need urgent assistance as this si negatively affecting my credit score
