no delvery of device no comunication money taken

absolutely disappointed app**** online for the Hawaui P30 lite promotion special of R299 per month..application was successful a sales consultant called me. on the 21 May the debit order went off i was told delivery will take place 7 - 10 working days. i still up to date have note heard anything or received my device its 12 working days plus i dont have a reference number to track phone i was told to call 10213 after holding the line for hours still no success and i was then told to email which i have on the 4 June yet no response. very bad customer service i wont advise anyone to take out any contract with them
