No delivery yet - SM180526

I have complained twice now on HelloPeter and while Telkom have acknowledged my complain on both occasions, there has been little communication and no delivery as yet.<br> <br> I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my landline and adsl to be installed and have grown incredibly frustrated at the lack of engagement and delivery.<br> <br> Can someone from Telkom please contact me to explain the delay and clarify when we can expect for this issue to be resolved.<br> <br> Viresh
