No delivery or communication on new contract ordered

Ordered a new cellphone contract Early in Feb 2018. FInehlanhla was the person that helped me. See reference CDW ********** 5001.

Received this SMS 09/02/2018. Dear customer, Your order has been Pre-Approved, we will be processing your order shortly. Regards Telkom Sales Team

Then R369 was deducted from my bank account using description: "DO TELKOM8TA / CDW ********** 5001"

I have tried (phoned in) several times to cancel the order since nothing has happened which seems to be a process not possible.

Please return my money deducted! I cannot wait any longer for Telkom to respond.
