No Delivery on promises of promotional Once-Off Data.

I bought an ONLINE only deal with TELKOM that offered 100GB once-off , valid for 12 months. To date I have not received the data at all. When I call the Sales department, they direct me to support. The support absolutely denies that such a promotion exists even though it is on there website. I have called numerous times each time they do not provide a reference number and tell me to speak to sales.

I cannot believe that my ADSL , cellphone contract and Mobile data exists with this company. I just want what is due to me as I signed up for the contract because it was a great deal. I am regretting the decision right now. I don't know if I will even get a response from this review, as I am still waiting for a manager to call me.
