No delivery of upgrade 3 weeks gone

<p>I have been contacted for a upgrade with a p9 lite 3 weeks ago and when I phone them its either out of stock or on its ways to me....this week its they will get bsck to me but no one gets back to me...if they did get bsck to me I would take another phone that they do have in stock or maybe just cancel the contract</p>
