No Delivery of the Mifi Router

2 weeks back my friends and I heard about the Mifi promo on radio where we would get a router and 5gigs of data. We immediately called and app****. Almost 2 weeks later none of us has received the product so 2 of us called this morning and both of us were told that we were declined due to info at ITC not being updated (whatever that means). I was shocked because as far as I know my credit is good and I have an existing contract with Telkom that I took recently. Upon further probing, the call center agent admitted that almost everyone that she had dealt with on this promo had been declined for the same reason. How is this possible? Clearly there is a problem with the system and the agent also admitted that to be the case but that there is nothing she can do. Can we please get help as we are desperate for this deal!!
