No delivery of promised tv box and wifi modem - excuse after excuse
After upgrading our line to 10Mbps and taking out a contract of R799 pm for 24 months for uncapped wifi, which includes a free TV andriod media box and a wifi modem, in February 2018, we still have not received delivery of the andriod media box and wifi modem. I have visited the shop, and made SEVERAL phone calls. The consultants make promises and excuses but fail to deliver. I cannot even get hold of an email of contact person at Telkom. Pathetic service. We are entitled to those devices. Please take action

Please have a consultant contact me on ********** . When I phone with the reference number provided I am told that the order has not been prosessed due to a system error that occurred in March 2018. I am being told that the order has been escalated, and that I have to wait for an SMS to confirm delivery.
I need a consultant to tell me as soon as possible when my products, due in MARCH, will be delivered.
I am not an unreasonable person, I paid for services and goods, I am entitled to it.
