No delivery of parcels

Good day

please assist i have app**** for an upgrade online and when i thought i was going to receive my device today , i contact the courier company and they say that the parcel cat be delivered as there is no RICA address so ten they dont have an address to use when to RICA, and i have had several issues regarding Telkom when it comes to my upgrade and i have contacted the call center and i have been told that there is a system issue, it doesn't send out the residential address it only sends the delivery address , i am appalled by the level of service from Telkom as you are not meeting our needs and i have o have this phone delivered today as i am going to Cape Town.

This is very unfair and this is my second order that im not receiving.
