No delivery of LTE uncapped service - Upon call back price increased

Status as at 11 October 2016 - Application was done on 11 February 2016 - A FULL 8 MONTHS.
Still no feedback or delivery of this service. Since my first complaint the following has happened. After the response above, no-one contacted me. So I deciced to send a mail to Hazel above, as she indicated, if I needed to contact them.
I sent a mail to them on the given address, but I have received no feedback.
I then received a call on 1 August 2016, telling me that they were following up on all social media complaints, and wanted to find out if my problem has been resolved. I responded that it has not, and he promised me that someone will phone me the next day to confirm all my details, and that it was indeed myself that app**** succesfully for this product, and not someone else.... I receibed no call - no surprise.
I sent a mail to Telkom 'Contact us' on 16 September 2016. I received a mail back requesting me to provide details, which I did on the same day. Since then I received no feedback. I sent another mail on 20 September to the same address, but once again I am being ignored.
I did a check on the Telkom LTE website and tried to apply again, to see if this could reslove my problem by maybe landing on the top of the list, but got a message that I have allready app****, and can not apply again. I also noticed that all the spots has been taken up.
I sent yet another mail this morning, 11 Octover 2016 to the Telkom 'Contact us' mail, received aknowledgement of my mail, and now we wil see......
I have never encountered this level of incompetence in a company the size of Telkom, and can not believe that they can not deliver what they advertise and promise.

It gets better on 25 October 2016;-)
Received a call from Telkom on 25 October 2016, number ********** , Nmfonzu (or something like that). She asked me if I app**** for the Telkom uncapped deal, I responded yes. She says OK I must just be informed all calls are recorded. So she says the cost is R799, so I respond NO, the cost is R599 as I was one of the first 50 customers to apply and I have their confirmation E-mail to prove it. No, she says, since I app**** there have been so many new customers the price is now R799.
Then she says OK, just hold on, as she can see nobody ever followed up on my application. Here's some hope. I listen to Telkom music for 4 minutes, no lies. She comes back and says no, the Price is now R799. So I try and ask her, but why do you advertise first 50 applications at R599, next 50 at R699 and next 50 at R799 - and I was number 15, got an E-mail to say I have been successful at R599, and that someone will contact me to finalise the deal. NOW you tell me, 8 months later that 'sorry for you', the cost is R799.
So I calmly say no thanks, then I will not be interested, and before I could say'Telkom looses yet another customer' she bangs the phone down in my ear. Not even a 'sorry or a good bye...'
I am fairly certain that there has to be some legal recourse, as I entered a online 'Bid' and was succesful. Anyway, don't think I want to support them anyway.
