No Delivery of LTE Router & No feedback

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I took up the Telkom LTE special for R599p.m. Everything was processed and I have my order number. It is well over 5-7 days for the delivery of my router and I have received no further communication from Telkom. I also have tried calling, however the line holds forever. This is not a complaint, rather a request for someone to assist me in receiving my order as promised. Thank You</p>
