No delivery of device. No help from agents

<p>I placed an order over two weeks ago. Since my application was approved and processed, I have recieved no further communication regarding my device being delivered even though I was assured that I would be called and it would be delivered. I have had no help from agents and this needs to be sorted out. </p>

I have still received NO HELP and my device has still NOT arrived. I am now paying for a device and service that I do not have and cannot make use of. This needs to be sorted out TODAY
