NO DELIVERY OF DEVICE BUT DEBITED IN DEC 2020

i have placed an order with Telkom on 14/12/2020, and debited an amount of R399.00 for the mobile device,

to date i have not received the device nor have i been contacted by a consultant however, i have made many calls with still no feeback about my order. and then telkom staff question management as to why they restructure the business?
