No delivery, missguided bad service in general

So I've app**** to install a Telkom line 1.5 months ago, which they installed two weeks ago (after having to wait for them on 2 separate days) After waiting for them to convert the line to an adsl line for another two weeks, I went into the store today to find out what the delay s (seeing its impossible to get through to their call center). Waited in line for 47 minutes, only to be told by one of the women that it says there is an error, and said I should call the call center myself again. On my way out I spotted the supervisor, who looked into the issue and told me the reason why I don't have a line yet, is because there are no more ports for me in my area. I wish Telkom could check first, before making you pay for installation, a router etc. And they've been billing me for both adsl and a normal line since end of last month. Could this \no available port"all of a sudden perhaps be because I told them that I will use Afrihost as my internet service provider instead of them? How can people think this type of service is acceptable? I don't get it. """
