No delivery from Telkom after i have been debited for a New Contract

I'm rather dissapointed as a new Customer its been over 2 weeks and have been debited for a new contract yet i was promised the phone will be delivered within 5-7 working days , no phone call nor email advising a delay or at least an SMS they cannot use lock down as an excuse not sure if i should cancel this contract and ask for a refund .

It was highly recommended by friends but i feel like i took a wrong turn .
