No delivery and no communication

Ordered an upgrade online (order number ********** 01A). Agent called to confirm address for delivery and on the recorded telephone conversation the agent mentioned delivery will take 5 to 7 business days. This has not been adhered to and absolutely zero communication have been received. Surely delivering a device to Johannesburg cannot take 2 weeks?
