No delivery and no answer at call centre

Ordered an online promotion. No one contacted me. I had to call them to find out what was happening. <br> <br> They kindly setup the 24 month contract over the phone and billed me immediately on 15 dec 2015. Said they would call within 48 hours to arrange delivery. Still waiting for that call 22 days later. <br> <br> Have tried calling called 10213 and was told to call 081180. Called several times with no answer after 30 to 40 minutes of waiting and then the call being cut. <br> <br> To be honest i kinda expected this type of ******* service from telkom as i have been their \valued customer"for over 5 years but i am still hopeful that this can be resolved soon."""
