No delivery after taking my money!
In Mach I ordered online their deal of the month special, an agent called and completed the purchase, did the debit order and was told I would receive the package in 5working days. It has now been almost 3weeks and I have received nothing, when I call they tell me it will be escalated and I will be contacted in 24hours of which nothing has happened, I have called 5times now!
