No Delivery After Complaints
After many phone calls,Facebook Customer Page complaints and Telkom Website complaints I have still no joy out of Telkom. I ordered a Smart Hom Premier package which include a 10mb line,50Gb Cap,ADSL Router,4xSIM Cards,WIFI Extender,WIFI Device,Office 365 Package and a DSTV Explorer. After paying the full monthly payment of R899 for the last 3 months I still only received the ADSL Router,10mb line, 50Gb cap and 4x SIM Cards.
