NO DEBIT MADE ON THE 25TH

My telkom account was suppose to be debited on the 25th this month but it is still not debited, I have tried to contact telkom to find out what the issue is as I do not want to have a bad credit report from them not takin debits in time. Please be clear on where and how to do enquiries ,I need this sorted ASAP
