No Data recaption in my area

I would just like to know if Telkom can do anything about my very very very very bad reception at my house. I live in a normal residential area in Krugersdorp. there should be no reason for the bad coverage.<br> Please can you guys help me with a signal booster or something at my house or put up a tower or something. Thanx
