No Data loaded from Telkom

I have bought data with my online banking on Saturday (29/02/2020) and paid R140 to get 2GB of data from Telkom Mobile. No data has been loaded up till now. I have logged a call with Ref No. *** and nothing has happened yet. I took the proof of payment to the Telkom shop in Kenilworth Centre (Cape Town) and they said it will be sorted. I have no data and need this to be resolved ASAP!
