No Data loaded for paid services

No Data loaded but debit went off as per normal. Apparently techincal glitch on their side that airtime/data was not loaded for the month. Called on 17/05/19 to log a case and then to receive a message on the 19/05/19 to say it is resolved. Nothing loaded after case resolved. This is blatant theft.. *****ing my money for no service rendered. No data since the 1st May 2019 while im still waiting on feedback regarding my case. (Case No: ********** 7)
