No data balance update
im getting gatvol with the service from telkom. I had a complaint about a week or 2 back about my data balance not updating after buying data online. Today, i bought data, and it happened again. Bought 250mb data, but it doesnt reflect on my balance. Last time i complained about 2 devices, only 1 was updated. Am i buying data or donating money to telkom????
