No data after you took my money!!!

Data purchsed on 19 August... Telkom had some system ptoblems which is understandable.... data did not reflect after purchase... 7 days later IM STILL WAITING FOR MY DATA... The call centre is useless... everytime I call i get told give it 72 hours... 72 hours pass and I call still no assistance..I have a case number but that does not help.. when no one is attending to the case.... Poor Telkom... I should be considering my data provider!!!!
