NO CUSTOMER SERVICES
<p>Reported number out on a "look a like" phone services by Telkom in June. Logged a dispute # ********** 0 & ********** 9 & again # ********** 2 to be told that they are still open.</p> <p>My account has been disconnected for non payment and Telkom advise that I should pay my account in full and then when they attend to the dispute they will credit my account.</p> <p>The number in question has not been operational consistentantly from June 2016 and we are now October. </p> <p> </p> <p>What customer service is this.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are a company losing business because the number rings if you call it, but on our side its dead. Customers call cell numbers asking if we have closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom don't care and despite numerous escalations, it makes no difference and I am tired of the agrogance of Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Roxy Ellis</p>

I have emailed you and no-one has called me as yet.
Reported this number out of order on 8/6/16 *** and we still have NO service apart from a message to say its with the Technicial.
Disputed the service and Telkom show no accountability for poor service and hold you to ransom to pay account in full until Telkom close the dispute (however long that may be).
Each department hides behdin the other except for accounts who are arrogant and disconnect for non payment regardless if Telkom have provided a service or not.
We are business customers who are losing out because of Telkoms inefficient service.
