NO customer service with Telkom call Center?

"Unlimited Home" was the package i wanted to get for my home. I contacted your call center and asked then a few questions, then decided that this would be the package for me. I also asked the agent , Thembelishle if i would get the wifi router extender as well if i do this online or over the phone with you now? she assured me i will still get it if i do it over the phone. i completed the details and she said she will send through and sms to ********** and the router PLUS the wifi extender will both be delivered within 5 working days. This was on the 16Oct18 - its going 2 weeks now and still no response on my calls nor chasers on an update. i was hoping this would be concluded before the new month of NOV18, but clearly this is not the case. whom do i have to speak to in order to check up on this and what the issue is? doe sthis mean i will have to cancel all together and take it out with another service provider as there seems to be NO customer service with Telkom? I then decided to go to a TELKOM store in the BLUFF and a Tyrone helped me in advising that we should give it a couple more days, its now over a week and still no update or response. Pls can someone help me????!!!!
