NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER

I recently needed a copy of my contract. Believe it or not as big as Telkom Mobile is - they only keep copies at the store that you signed up in. I went into the Clearwater branch as it was where I signed my contract but apparently Louise who is the only person that could help was not there. They do not answer calls as they are too busy with walk-ins. I hope that these people don't sign contracts there as once they have your money they don't care about you. Despite being given her cellphone number - she disconnects calls and sending her e-mails which she reads I do not get any response from her. She doesn't even bother. Telkom if this is the calibre of your management - well let's leave that unsaid. Perhaps you should rather consider promoting Nobantu to management as she seems to at a least try and help.
