NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER
<p>I have tried to contact Telkom many times (telephone and email) regarding my WIFI contract (WIFI is finished too fast and then they charge me extra). No answer or feedback was received. I once spoke to a man at the Telkom customer service and he simply did not care. I am very unhappy. Hopefully this will encourage you to somehow contact me so that we can solve the problem. </p>
