No customer service Telkom

I would not recommend Telkom to anyone. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying in vain for almost 8 months just to transfer a business line from the current owner to the new owner. I have sent numerous emails with all documentation attached as they requested, only for them to ask for the documentation over and over when I inquire as to why the transfer is not being processed. I have asked them to escalate the matter to someone who can assist with the matter but all in vain. I am at my wits end with this company and their poor service as this is not the first and only time I have had such a bad experience with their customer service.
