No customer service s****s

So i went telkom mobile in canal walk earlier on to take out a new contract with all my paperwork ready, and i speak to the guy there and i tell him i would like a Lg g6 deal of R549 and he searches the system and tells me they dont have stock of Lg k4 which comes with the g6 without asking me if i would still like to take the contract he tells me to go to the other Telkom direct store because they a Franchise and not part of telkom direct, I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER TELKOM STORE because i was there for the Lg g6 not the Lg k4 and i would of been happy to wait for stock as long as i got the Lg g6 as i orginally wanted...He turned away a potential customer
