No customer service satisfaction

Customer service at Telkom is infuriating, I am unable to get help from a human, I have logged an inquiry last week Thursday (23 March) via the Telkom app and sent an SMS on Saturday requesting for assistance as I am unable to make calls or connect to the internet but no one is willing to assist, I am very annoyed with Telkom service noting that I just upgraded my device and now I am having this experience.
