No customer service or assistance

Took out lte router services with dsl but telkom as service provider last year december 2024 since i got the router it dis not work or let saay no signal and since day ine i informed dsl and twlkom and all was reported and explained it dis not work and router gets really hit and will not pay for something that is not working, also had a cooling off period to cancel if not happy which i told them to cancel the damn thing but still today i am strugling to be cancelled and debit order to be stopped, i gir all my ref numbers and mails to proof of all the calls and request made and the tech david frim telko. Was send out and could not assist and said that they need to set up poles with signal due to not manyntelkom customers and that area where i stayed on a farm, but could take years for approval so nothing has been done or cancelles they also seceduled a pick up for the router and still not collected Today i got sms from bank thst they took over 2k from my capitec account and can not dispute i have to go to branch which i did dispute and cancel the previous ine in feb, stupid bank as well who did not get autoration to debit after i dispute and cancelled it i reaally think that telkom and dsl can closed their doors as it is the worst companies i have ever experienced and noncustomer service or assistance at all they are useless to say the least
