No customer service. No referrals from me for contracts

Highly annoyed with constant nonsense of back and forth emails and not actually having the right thing done. I sent a phone back to telkom that was sold to me under false pretenses and they keep trying to debit my account. I stated I no longer want an upgrade because of poor service and nobody actually getting back to me. They pick and choose what information they want to listen to or read when I asked for the phone to be taken back and changed nobody responded so I told them do not upgrade my contract. Today I receive a petty email claiming I want the phone to be changed YET nobody said I could hence my refusal to have the contract upgraded. I do not want to deal with incompetence and back and forth emails. I do not want an upgrade with Telkom and I will keep logging them as ***** because I am sick and tired of not having what I want done. Its January and still no end to the nonsense of them trying to debit my account when I do not have a new device. I do not want a device and I DO NOT WANT AN UPGRADE!!!
